Book Talk and Signing with Diana Goetsch

September 15, 6:30-7:30PM, Main Library, Free/Details
Broward County Library hosts The New York Times bestselling author Diana Goetsch for a special book talk on her acclaimed memoir, This Body I Wore, followed by a book signing. Hailed as "achingly beautiful" by The New York Times, it chronicles the budding trans communities of the late 20th century and sheds light on today's struggle for trans equality.

A renowned poet and essayist, Goetsch will give a reading from This Body I Wore, paired with a Q&A discussion. Her appearance is part of a Red State Library Tour in support of libraries, the right to read and minorities targeted by book bans.
