Well what do you snow!

Frozen precipitation may not be common in our area, but we've got plenty of snow day programs to get you excited about! Check out the list below to find one at your branch - and who knows? Maybe we'll see some white stuff yet!

-"Giant Snowflakes" KAN - Wed. Jan. 4 | 6pm Ages 13-18- Come join us in constructing giant versions of icy snowflakes!

-"Snowman Party" CON - Wed. Jan. 11 | 4:30pm Ages 5-11- There’s “snow” party like a snowman party. Let’s celebrate all things snowman by reading stories, playing games, and making snowmen crafts.

-"Snowstorm Jars" KAN - Wed. Jan. 18 | 6pm Ages 13-18 - Come join us in making a small, contained snowstorm that fits in a jar!

Harrisburg Library Reopening Sooner than Expected! ?

As you may be aware, on Christmas Day the Harrisburg branch sustained damage from a burst water pipe. The initial estimate for reopening was 4-6 weeks. However, due to heroic efforts by our Infrastructure and Asset Management Department, we are pleased to announce that we will be able to open the branch to the public - resuming select programming and in-house services - on Wednesday, January 11th! Book returns and curbside services will remain available in the interim. Please check our online calendar for the most up-to-date information about Harrisburg’s programs.
