City of Irvine 13th Annual Senior Fitness Expo is August 26d

IRVINE, Calif. (August 2, 2022): The City of Irvine encourages the senior community to take control of their health and wellness by attending the 13th annual Senior Fitness Expo Friday, August 26, 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. at Lakeview Senior Center. This free event, geared toward adults 50 and older, features health screenings, educational presentations, and a wide variety of the latest health and fitness exhibitors.

Guests will learn how to improve their well-being through fitness demonstrations including dance, tai chi, yoga, and more. The Senior Fitness Expo will also feature an opportunity drawing for prizes including items from local business and event exhibitors.

This year’s event is free and does not require pre-registration. Senior Fitness Expo’s new venue is Lakeview Senior Center, located at 20 Lake Road in Irvine.
