Hello Everyone,

Did you know that strength and balance exercises are equally as important as endurance activity? Strong muscles and improved balance make it easier to do daily activities and help to prevent falls. 

If you are looking for a way to stay fit, increase your overall strength, and work on your balance, then look no further! 

 Join Kerry Swift, our Strength and Balance exercise instructor. Kerry teaches a low impact exercise program that includes strength training with light hand weights, stretchy bands, chair exercises and lots of laughter!

The cost of a 4 week session is $15 to take only the Monday Class or Thursday Class or $30 to take the class on both Mondays and Thursdays, and payment will confirm your registration. So come on and take a seat and let’s get

movin’! 

This class is for ALL ABILITIES as Kerry will make adjustments for you if needed. 

Remember, the hardest step is the first one, you can do this!
