Peak Properties Group, a Denver real estate team, is participating in Denver Rescue Mission's 22nd annual Adopt A Family program. The team is adopting ten local families in need this holiday season and invites the Denver community to help them reach their fundraising goals to provide a holiday to remember for these families.

"One of our team's core values is to step forward and give back. The Adopt A Family program allows our team and our community to step forward and give back to local families in need," said Alex Tooke, owner and broker at Peak Properties Group. "The holidays can often be hard for families going through financially tough times that may not be able to provide their children with gifts and a nice meal. Our goal is to make this holiday memorable for ten local families by eliminating stress and delivering gifts and meals."

Through this program, Peak Properties Group will give each family a holiday meal, two gifts for each child as well as a gift for each adult. In order to provide this for ten families (50 people), Peak Properties has teamed up with Skoops Ice Cream and More and will be accepting donations for the community. Get involved by visiting Skoops Ice Cream and More's store location to make a donation or by visiting www.MileHighHomeGuide.com/cheer.

Peak Properties Group will deliver gifts and present each family with a meal provided by Skoops Ice Cream and More this December. This will also be an opportunity for the PPG team to spend time getting to know their adopted families.

"Our goal is to raise $3,000 or more in order to help ten families during the holiday season. We've seen the Denver community help each other in times of need, and we have no doubt that our community can help us reach our goal and provide an unforgettable Christmas for these families in need," said Derek Weber, co-founder and team lead at Peak Properties Group.
