The Buckingham senior living community has named Jesse Sias associate executive director. The announcement was made by Julie Fenske, executive director of The Buckingham. In his role, Sias will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Plaza, which houses assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
"Jesse brings extensive experience in healthcare and a real passion for residents to his role as associate executive director," said Fenske. "Under his leadership, I am confident that the level of service at The Buckingham will continue to exceed the expectations of the community we serve. The Buckingham is in the first phase of a major renovation and expansion project, and Jesse's guidance will be valued to help guide residents through this transition."
Sias has nearly 20 years of experience as an administrator in healthcare and skilled nursing communities. He was most recently an administrator for Brookhollow Heights, a 200 bed skilled nursing community. While there he helped build the community to 100% occupancy. Prior to joining Lexington Place, Sias was an administrator for Regent Care Center of Kingwood, where he played an important role in opening the 194 bed skilled nursing community.
Sias graduated from University of Houston at Clear Lake with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Care Administration. He received his Long Term Care License from San Jacinto College.
