WooHoo! We’ve Been Nominated!

We’ve been nominated as “Best Museum” in Vermont’s Seven Days annual readers’ choice Seven Daysies Awards which celebrates the best in Vermont!

The finalist with the most votes in each category wins. We’re up against some tough competition, so please vote for us HERE in round #2. (Scroll down to find us listed under Arts & Entertainment.) Voting starts June 20 through July 3. All winners and finalists will be published in the Daysies magazine on August 3.

Wouldn’t it be cool if our mighty little Museum inched out the competition! Thanks for Voting!

Last Chance to Order Our Limited Edition 'Endless Winter' Tee Shirts and Hoodies!

Our squirrel mascot marches across the summer sun in a never-ending search for snow on our limited edition “Endless Winter” fundraising tee shirts or hoodie sweatshirts designed especially for us by graphic designer Ann Howard.

Besides upgrading your cool factor, your purchase of our premium cotton-blend women's and men’s “Endless Winter” tee shirts and hoodies will directly benefit the Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum and our mission.

They’re available for a (very) limited time, so show your support by placing your order by our June 24th deadline. They won’t be available in our Gift Shop.

All shirts are made-to-order and will be delivered directly to you from the printer sometime around July 15th

Why does it take so long? By placing all orders together, we’re able to increase profits with a bulk discount. This means your order has a greater fundraising impact for VTSSM!

Annual Meeting &

Blast-From-The-Past RetroSki Film

& 20% off at The Whip

June 29th at 5:30

It's been a few years since we've held our Annual Meeting in person and we're excited to once again see friends, old and new, at the Museum. Members and the public are invited to the Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum Annual Meeting and a showing of Greg Morrill's 1977 film, "Go Your Own Way", at 5:30 PM on June 29, 2022.

“Go Your Own Way” is a 20-minute home movie made and set to the music of the times, by Greg Morrill. Greg is the Museum's Board Co-Chair, weekly RetroSki columnist for the Stowe Reporter, and blogger at RetroSki. It captures his 1977 season in Vail including some cross-country skiing at Camp Hale and Shrine Pass. It features Greg bumping and powder skiing in sartorial splendor with his friends from Underhill, Mike and Pat Weisel, and Glen Findholt.

A very brief meeting will review highlights from the past year and take a look at what we're excited about and what's ahead for the Museum. Hope to see you there. Bring a friend!

Attendees will receive a 20% off coupon for dinner at The Whip Bar & Grill to be used following the meeting!

Please RSVP at [email protected].

We're open for the summer!
