At First Baptist Athens, we have a God-given vision and are constantly “on mission” for the gospel of Jesus Christ.  How refreshing it is to wake up each morning already knowing the broad strokes of our purpose for the day.  Then we go out into the world, to our jobs and responsibilities, and the mission is continually before us and keeps us grounded in purpose.  What a wonderful way to live life!  Thank you Jesus!
