Ashley oversees the Heart Disease Management clinic that assist patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHR). Patients meet with Ashley during the first 7 days after being discharged from an inpatient stay. Ashley works with patients on healthy lifestyle habits such as eating a low-fat, low-salt diet, getting regular exercise, and good sleep.
