Dr. Lou Baptista is a Professor of Psychiatry at CUIMC. He serves as Vice-Chair of Clinical services in the Department of Psychiatry and Chief Well-Being Officer at CUIMC. Areas of interest includes employee health and well-being, systems and people development.   Clinically, Dr. Baptista maintains a general psychiatry practice that focuses on Anxiety and Mood disorders.
