I’ve been associated Rancho Palos Verdes and San Pedro since 1997 and have continued to watch the communities change, grow and develop. I love that the businesses have been around for decades serving the local communities. Both communities are coastal and have lots of restaurant choices, shopping and amenities. And yet, these communities still have the small town charm and feel that many residents know each other. RPV and San Pedro are communities comprised of working-class families that want to do better for the next generation.
