Shelli Dills, MD


Dr. Shelli Dills is a non-surgical sports medicine physician. She specializes in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Dr. Dills earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Clemson University where she was also part of the triathlon team. She then went on to receive her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her Family Medicine training at the MUSC Family Medicine Residency Program in Charleston, South Carolina. She then went on to receive her certification in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center in Gulf Breeze, Florida. During her fellowship, she was the team physician for South Walton High School, the University of West Florida, and the Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball team. She has also covered events for the World Surf League in Hawaii. Dr. Dills has a specific interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound which aids in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. She is also trained in ultrasound guided procedures including joint injections, soft tissue/bursal injections, and regenerative medicine procedures such as platelet rich plasma(PRP) and other biologics. Charleston is home to Dr. Dills. She is looking forward to being back to take care of patients in her hometown.
