Kat LeBlanc of Yoga With Kat will lead 6 sessions of Chair Yoga starting September 12th. Chair Yoga is one of the most gentle forms of yoga. This class is perfect for students recovering from injury or illness, and anyone who wants to experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. These sessions will focus on yoga for people who are seeking relief from arthritis. Join us for 1 or all 6 sessions, in-person downstairs at the library.
